Ms. Hoi Heath     Fifth Grade Teacher

I feel blessed and privileged to be teaching at Calvary Christian School as the fifth grade teacher.  Angie Benz is our classroom aide.  We are excited about the new school year and the opportunity to partner with you in your child's education.  We look forward to getting to know you and your child.  We pray that God will knit our hearts together with yours as we unite to train your child up in the Lord academically, physically, and spiritually.  Our class verse for 2010/2011 is:  "Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, oh Lord, my strength and my Redeemer," Psalm 19:14.  With the Lord's guidance and strength, we can be assured that our endeavors together this year will be successful.

This is my eighth year of teaching at CCS.  Prior to coming here, I was employed as a literacy and math support teacher at Beaumont Elementary School in Vista.  I have also worked as an engineer as well as enjoyed many years as a stay-at-home mom.  In regards to my education, I am a graduate of UCLA with a Bachelor of Science.  More recently, I received a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from Cal State University San Marcos.  Additionally, I have been attending Calvary Chapel Vista for over ten years, and have been involved in various ministries.
